Aspergillus nidulans is a species of filamentous fungus crucial to genetic research. Captured through the lenses of scanning electron and confocal microscopes, these images unveil a world hidden to the naked eye.  Beyond the initial revelations from scanning electron and confocal microscopes, I ventured further — infusing vibrancy through digital colorization and brushwork in Photoshop, crafting entire universes centered around the fungi. My journey into this microscopic realm highlights the important fusion of art, science, and community.
